FULCRUM
FULCRUM is a three-year Erasmus+ project that aims to empower and connect workers in the socio-cultural sector and build capacity for sustainable transformation and development of the sector.
Due to multiple recent challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, this sector now has to find new ways to make cultural work more economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable through concrete and feasible steps. To address these challenges, FULCRUM will offer two training programs focusing on social cohesion, audience development, and environmental sustainability. These programs aim to provide the necessary skills for sustainable transformation and to test them in practice.
In addition to the training, three virtual brainstorming sessions will be organized to bring together socio-culturally engaged individuals from all over Europe to exchange ideas, collaborate, and jointly develop future-oriented approaches.
The project will conclude with an international conference in Brussels, where the results will be consolidated and deepened. FULCRUM thus offers a resilient and future-proof vision for the socio-cultural sector.
